Why Dynamic Reformer Pilates?
Like traditional Mat Pilates, Dynamic Pilates on the Reformer focuses on the deep core muscles of the abdomen and back, challenging the deep stabilising muscles of the body that provide support and help keep us injury free. It gives us long, lean, toned muscles, through the combination of working and stretching the muscles through the exercises. In Dynamic Reformer Pilates we have resistance in the form of springs providing additional very controlled and specific challenge for the arms, legs, bottom, back and abdominals. This is not the gym! You will not leave feeling sweaty and exhausted - you will leave energised, feel-good endorphins buzzing round your body, and you will see and feel results quickly.
Reformer Pilates in the press:

You may have read about TenPilates in London. Their resistance training approach to Reformer Pilates is fun and a great place to go when you are in London and feel like a challenge (Cat Deeley was in the last class I went to, Claudia Schiffer and Jemima Khan amongst the many devotees)...
And now get the benefits of Reformer Pilates here in Cheltenham!
The articles below are interesting to read, but please don't be put off by descriptions that it is impossibly hard...we teach classic Reformer Pilates which is very effective in creating long lean muscles, correcting postural imbalances and relieving back ache. It is a wonderful, enjoyable way to exercise. You will feel improvements quickly, but you will leave the studio feeling energised, stretched out and walking tall, not exhausted and unable to move!
