New Postnatal Pilates course with Lucy Whitehead starts September 2010

The perfect way to regain your body after birth!
Rehabilitate the pelvic floor muscles and the deep abdominal and back muscles, flatten the stomach, regain your fitness, rebalance your body to improve your posture.
We also work on upper body toning and strength to prepare you for carrying and lifting your baby safely as they grow, avoiding strain and back pain.
Recommended by doctors and midwives as the ideal way to get back in to shape following pregnancy and the birth of your baby.
It does not matter how long ago you had your baby if you feel that you would benefit from these classes.
Please note you need to have had your 6 week check with your doctor (10 weeks if you had a caesarian) and be cleared to exercise.
