Ashtanga
Monday 8pm - 9.15pm Beginners & Improvers Ann
Tuesday 7pm - 8.30pm Intermediates Ann

A dynamic and cardivascular form of Yoga working to stretch and strengthen the body, improve breathing and posture, calm the mind and bring inner peace.  It involves a series of postures practised in sequence (vinyasa).  There are six sequences in all, the first sequence is known as the Primary Series and is suitable for all including beginners.

Saturday 10 - 11.15am Improvers & Intermediates Ann 
Flowing, dynamic, uplifting classes, coordinating postures with the rhythm of the breath leading to a energetic but meditative practice. The classes use creative sequencing to energise and uplift you.  Improve detoxification and revitalisation and help to keep the body supple and strong.

Early Morning Flow

Wednesday 7-8am All levels Ian
Jump out of bed and on to your mat! Use your '6 in SIX' pass, or only £8 drop in.
A dynamic flow class to energise you for the day ahead - leave feeling strengthened, energised, stretched, mentally focussed, calm, with feel good endorphins buzzing round your body!
All levels, beginners very welcome.

Happy Hour Flow (now 75 mins!)

Thursday 5 - 6.15pm All levels Ian 
Off peak Ashtanga-based class. Happy Hour drop in price of just £7.50 (or use your '6 in SIX' pass).
Forget the stresses of the day and leave strengthened, stretched, focussed and calm.
All levels, beginners very welcome.

Power Yoga

Friday 9.30 - 11am All levels Roberta
Sunday 6 - 7.30pm All levels Roberta
Yoga postures are used to build up to a weekly focus posture, which is then broken down to find the variation that best suits your body. The class ends with a pranayama (breathing) practice and 10 minute relaxation.
All levels, beginners very welcome.
